Job Description

    • Assist in the development and execution of e-commerce strategies that align with the brand’s goals and objectives.
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce website, ensuring it is user-friendly, functional, and up-to-date.
    • Manage product listings, including descriptions, images, and pricing, to maintain accuracy and consistency.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and implement digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising.
    • Monitor and analyze online sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to increase sales and revenue.
    • Enhance the online shopping experience to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty, including handling customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
    • Collaborate with the inventory teams to ensure product availability, track stock levels, and implement inventory control measures.
    • Analyze e-commerce data to track website performance, customer behavior, and sales trends.
    • Generate reports and make data-driven decisions.
    • Oversee the creation and management of content, including product images, descriptions, and videos, to engage customers effectively.
    • Ensure the security of customer data and compliance with e-commerce regulations and standards.
    • Lead and motivate a team of e-commerce and customer service professionals, providing guidance and setting clear goals.


    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
    • Relevant certifications or coursework in e-commerce can be beneficial.
    • At least 2 years of experience in leading e-commerce and digital marketing teams.
    • Good command of English.
    • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
    • Strong project management skills.
    • Target-oriented.
