Job Description

– Provides technical support and assistance to customers, whether by ticket or on the phone or in person.
– The primary intention is to ensure a client’s satisfaction and ability to properly operate any machinery or technology they may be having trouble with.
– Respond to IT issues and requests. Resolve calls and tickets as appropriate to ensure smooth operation of systems and services. Install and configure and troubleshoot systems, laptops, and printers.

– Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering or IT
– At least 1 year of experience in IT Service desk or help desk
– knowledge of Windows 10 and Microsoft Office
– Knowledge of network+
– Experience with ITIL is an advantage
